Memoreco Ltd. ("Memoreco", "we", "us") provides developer tools for screen, camera, audio, and screenshot capture. This Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1) What we collect

Account & billing

  • Name, email, team info
  • Billing details (handled by our payment processor)

Product usage

  • API calls, rate limits, basic event telemetry
  • Device, browser, OS, IP (approximate region)
  • Crash reports, performance metrics, timestamps

2) How we use data

  • Operate the service (auth, teams, API keys, rate limiting)
  • Improve reliability and performance (debugging, analytics)
  • Billing and support communications
  • Security and abuse prevention

3) Sharing

We use processors for payments, hosting, analytics, and error tracking. They act on our instructions. We may disclose data to comply with law or as part of a merger/acquisition.

7) Retention & location

We retain personal data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Data is processed in the EU unless otherwise stated.

8) Children

Memoreco is for workplace use and isn't directed to children under 13. If we learn we collected data from a child under 13, we'll delete it.

9) Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change. For material changes, we'll provide in‑app or email notice.
