At a glance

  • You use Memoreco for your product; we provide the API and dashboard.
  • You own your data; we process it to run and improve the service.
  • Pricing is usage‑based; you can cancel anytime.

These Terms form a contract between you and Memoreco Ltd. ("Memoreco"). By using our API, SDKs, and dashboard (the "Service"), you agree to the rules below.

1) Access & use

  • We grant you a non‑exclusive right to use the Service during your active plan.
  • We may update features; we aim not to remove core functionality without notice.

2) Pricing & payment

  • Fees are pay‑as‑you‑go based on usage shown on our pricing page.
  • Taxes are additional where applicable.

3) Accounts & responsibilities

  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding credentials.
  • You will not abuse rate limits, probe security, or misuse the Service.

4) Third‑party services

The Service may integrate with third‑party tools (e.g., storage, analytics). Those tools have their own terms.

5) Data & privacy

  • You own your content and Customer Data.
  • You give us a limited license to process it to operate and improve the Service.

6) Intellectual property

Memoreco and its licensors own the Service and related IP.

7) Term, termination

  • Either party may terminate for material breach after notice and a 30‑day cure period.
  • We will delete Customer Data within a reasonable period after termination, subject to law.

8) Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months; no indirect or special damages.

9) Confidentiality

Each party will safeguard the other's confidential information and use it only as needed to perform under these Terms.
